Most of us are aware of the increased health risks of being overweight or obese. Diseases like HBP, diabetes, cardiovascular, stroke, joint pain, osteoarthritis, and some cancers are related to poor health habits. But did you know that even a modest weight loss of 10 lbs. has health benefits, and the prevention of further weight gain is just as important.
The OPTIMIZ Physician will evaluate your health status through blood work, medical history, and physical exam, and then prescribe an appetite suppressant as needed. Then our Certified Health Coach and Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, will help you develop a plan based on Dietary Guidelines, your likes and dislikes, and an exercise program based on your physical ability, preference, and time schedule. Together we will develop a plan for you to succeed.
